Full electrical for a new tenancy or a refit: power, lighting, data and the coordination with the other trades so the handover date holds.
New circuits, three-phase supply, machinery connection and distribution, designed for the load the site actually has rather than the one it had ten years ago.
Boards inspected, upgraded and documented. On a commercial site this is the single highest-value maintenance item there is, and the most commonly deferred.
Structured cabling, patch panels and terminations done neatly and labelled, so the next person to open the rack can work out what is what.
We use Arrowhead Alarm products, designed and manufactured in New Zealand: keypads, detectors and control boards, installed, commissioned and maintained, with local support behind them.

Where the site has outgrown its supply, we handle the meter and capacity upgrade and the application with your lines company: Orion or MainPower.
Car park, yard and building perimeter lighting, plus the LED retrofits that cut a site's running cost fastest. Repairs to sensors and time clocks too.
Installation, testing and certification of emergency and exit lighting, which is both a compliance obligation and the thing nobody notices has failed.
Generator connection and changeover switching, and the maintenance that means it actually starts when the power goes off.
Commercial hot water systems and earthing faults: unglamorous, and both a genuine safety issue when left.
Three-phase and multi-bay charger installations with load management, so a row of chargers does not trip the site's incoming supply.
Lighting, HVAC and security brought under a single control scheme, including Casambi wireless lighting where new switch wiring is impractical.
Electrical compliance services, inspection and consultation, and the certificates issued and recorded properly. SiteWise certified, so we are already prequalified for the sites that ask.
A scheduled programme across a site's boards, lighting and plant, so faults are found on a planned visit rather than during trading hours.

For commercial security we use Arrowhead Alarm products, designed and manufactured in New Zealand: keypad kits, smoke detectors and control boards, with local support behind them.
We install, commission and maintain them, and integrate them with security lighting and access where that makes sense for the site.

Plenty of Canterbury businesses run on connectivity that is not really up to it. As Approved Starlink Installers we handle the install and the network side properly, including for operations that genuinely depend on high-speed broadband.

We operate a business in North Canterbury highly dependent on high speed broadband and selected Energon Electrical to install Starlink. They communicated well, did an excellent job with the Starlink and peripheral installation and were a pleasure to deal with.

Emergency and preventative work
Things fail at inconvenient times. We provide emergency electrical support, and planned preventative maintenance so that happens less often, because on a commercial site, an unplanned outage costs a great deal more than the repair.
