How We Work,On Every Job

Not marketing language: the specific, checkable standards we work to on every job, from a single power point to a 25kW array.

Seven commitments

What you can expect from us

We would rather describe how we actually work than make promises about things outside our control.

Quality workmanship

Installations, upgrades, maintenance and modifications are carried out by qualified electricians to New Zealand standards. Every solar system is checked by a Master Electrician before install.

Quality materials

We select materials suited to the project rather than whatever is cheapest on the shelf, and we honour manufacturer warranties, including handling the claim if something fails inside its coverage period.

Clear communication

Strong relationships matter to us, and that starts with keeping you informed at every stage of the job rather than leaving you to wonder where things are at.

Clean and tidy sites

Our electricians work to keep a clean site, and leave your property tidy and safe when the job is finished. On a lived-in home that is not a nice-to-have.

Transparent quoting and invoicing

We provide cost and invoice detail promptly, using GPS job management software so billing reflects the work actually done and questions get resolved quickly.

No surprise costs

If the scope changes or something unexpected turns up, we tell you what it means and what it costs before we carry on, so the invoice holds no surprises.

Qualified people

Our team is made up of qualified, experienced electricians alongside apprentices who are trained in-house by the people who set our standards.

Our wider commitment

Empowering Kiwis to makea positive impact

Our tagline is Transform Energy, and it is meant literally. We want to help New Zealanders make a positive impact on the environment through eco-smart energy solutions.

Every solar system we install displaces grid generation. Every LED upgrade and energy-efficient design cuts consumption. Every battery means more of the clean energy a household generates is actually used by that household rather than lost in the round trip.

We are members of the Sustainable Energy Association of New Zealand because we think the transition needs to be done properly: designed, engineered and certified, rather than quickly.
